Mr. Salman Hameed

Mr. Hameed is the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Prior to this, he served as Chief Financial Officer of EFS, General Manager Finance with Security Leasing Corporation Ltd and Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young Ford Rhodes, Pakistan. He is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.

Ms. Ratan Salem

Ms. Salem is the Head of Quality Initiatives. She is a programme management and capacity development specialist with over 14 years’ experience of working in education development sector. Her last assignment prior to EFS was with Canada based organization, Right to Play as Team Lead for Sindh. She also worked on projects with USAID and Intel Education Initiative.

Ms. Khowla Binte Akbar

Ms. Akbar is the Associate Quality Initiatives. She has been a Master Trainer in education and language skills development throughout her career. She is a Certified Trainer for Core Skills (21st Century Skills) and remain associated with British Council and Sindh Education Foundation for English Language and Pedagogical Content Knowledge training to teachers respectively.

Ms. Atiya Zahra Hussain

Ms. Hussain is the Lead Education Advisor for EFS and bring with her over thirty years of experience in teaching, teacher education and research working in Pakistan, UAE, Kuwait, East Africa, UK and USA. Her main areas of specialization are English Language Education, Early Childhood and Primary Education. She has done an M. Ed (Teacher Education) with specialization in English Language Education and Primary Education. She has also done a post – graduation certificate in Critical Thinking in EFL Curriculum from the American English Institute, University of Oregon – Eugene, USA.
